Payment Policy

Please note all our treatments MUST be paid for in advance. You can book everything ONLINE HERE.

Without a payment your appointment will not be booked or confirmed.

Appointments made over the phone via Harvey Nichols Knightsbridge will need to be paid for within 24hrs of booking.

When booking over the phone we will ask to take payment details and payment will be applied whilst we are on the phone with you, all data is encrypted and no personal banking details are stored. Please have your payment details ready when you call.

We accept most major debit/credit cards, EXCEPT American Express.

We DO NOT accept Cheques.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds, we apply the credit onto your account for you to use within 6months from the date of your last appointment.

We require 7days notice when cancelling an appointment in order to be granted a reschedule of appointment.

Failure to give this notice time will result in you losing the value of your appointment; this includes appointments bought as part of a package or group.

Discounted treatments and offers are non-exchangeable and non-refundable even if requested outside of our 7day cancellation policy.

We reserve the right to change our prices without warning, if you have a credit on file and our prices have changed you will need to be pay the difference.


Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment, if you are a first time client you will be asked to fill out a brief consultation form prior to your treatment.

Please ensure you follow the prep to the letter prior to your appointment. any time then to remove your makeup will be part of your appointment.

If you are late for your appointment your treatment may be shortened in consideration to the next client.

Certain treatments may require a patch test in advance to your appointment, please contact us to arrange this. We will not be held liable for any complications should you choose not to have a patch test.

Please ensure that you’ve booked your appointment at the right TIME, DATE and LOCATION. The oness is on you to ensure you have the right appointment. If you book the wrong DATE / TIME / LOCATION we are not liable and you will forfeit the total cost of your booking.


We understand that sometimes you are unable to escape your children but need some R&R! However, we ask you to refrain from bringing them to your appointment as we are not liable for their care during your treatment.

 We keep many sharp objects and chemical products for professional use, for your own child’s safety and in consideration to our other clients present .

Should you choose to bring your child to your appointment we may refuse to perform your treatment under these circumstances.
